Placing an Order
To place an order on our
website, add the items you wish to purchase in the shopping
basket. Our shopping basket is provided by Yahoo! Shopping,
which uses secure servers to protect your personal information,
including your name, address, and credit card information. Once
you're ready to check out, we'll ask for all the information we
need to complete your order.
If
you have a Yahoo! account, your checkout process will be even
easier.

We accept Visa, MasterCard
and American Express.
We can also accept money
orders and personal checks via standard mail. Please contact us

be sent upon receipt of payment. Personal checks must clear
before order is sent.
Shipping
Shop Figurines uses ground
UPS and FedEx, as well as Priority Mail by United States Postal
Service. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the
shopping cart based on order total (see table below). If you
need expedited shipping such as 2nd day or overnight, please
contact us before you order. We currently do not offer shipping
to multiple recipients. For orders to multiple shipping
addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
We currently ship only to the
lower 48 United States. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii
or Canada, please contact us via email and we'll help you
with your order.
We offer very low shipping charges as determined by order

Depending on the
availability of the figurines and which regional warehouse
they're being stored in, items may be shipped separately and
arrive on different dates. For example, if you order 4 different
figurines, half the items could arrive on Monday and the other
half on Wednesday.
Delivery Time
In-stock items are usually
shipped within 5-10 business days from the date the order is
placed. For each product, approximate delivery times are
provided under the item descriptions.
Out Of Stock Items
Shop Figurines strives to
make sure all items displayed are in-stock. However, from
time-to-time, an item may not be available. If you order an item
that happens to be out of stock, we'll either allow an exchange
of an item of equal or lesser value or refund the total amount
at your discretion. Items that are exchanged for items of lesser
value will be refunded the difference.
NO Sales Tax!
We don't charge you any sales
tax. All items are tax-free!

In the event you would like
to request a rush order on any of the items at Shop Figurines,
please make sure to contact us at

delivery.
