Return Policy
We pride ourselves in carrying
high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with
your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return
anything except personalized or customized items for any reason,
subject to a restocking fee (see below).
If you need to return an item, please send an email to
returns@myanimalgifts.com within 30 calendar days of
receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will
accept authorized returns within 30 days as long as the items
are unused and in the original packaging.
Any items that are returnable are subject to a 25% restocking
fee. Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility
of the customer.
How To Return Items
Please email us to receive a RA
(Return Authorization) number. We cannot accept any returns that
do not have a RA number on the return mailing label. Further
instructions will be provided for returning the items to us.
Please be sure to have the items insured against damage. We
cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged.
Canceling Your Order
If you decide for some reason
that you want to cancel an order you just placed, we can only do
so if we have not processed the order yet. Please email us
immediately at
returns@myanimalgifts.com to see if your order can be
cancelled. Please note, however, that most orders are processed
immediately.
Damaged/Missing Items
On rare occasions some items may
arrive damaged or may be missing. If your items are received
damaged, please contact us immediately and we will work on
sending out a replacement. You must save the damaged merchandise
and packaging for a possible claim by us with the carrier. If
all items in your order do not arrive by the delivery time
estimated in your order confirmation, please write to
returns@myanimalgifts.com. |
